Every time I have you over, you do a good job, but I feel like I’m gouged every time. Come up with a better pricing model if you want my recommendation.
The two gentlemen that came to my house to clean my furniture, and carpet were very very thorough, and professional. Both my husband and I were completely amazed by how clean they got everything. We were very impressed, to say the least. I would highly recommend Zerorez. It costs a little more than other companies, but there is truth in the saying, you get what you pay for. Thank you.

Zerorez has always been professional and great to work with. Their stafff is so courteous, friendly and provide great customer service. The carpet cleaning is top notch always, I have had them service my carpets the past 3 years.

First, your website advertised FREE 100 square feet tile/grout cleaning for a scheduled service appointment. Your technician cleaned 1 bathroom (about 30 square feet) only & refused to clean another bathroom. He said that free tile/grout cleaning is only up to 1 area. Your website never specified so.
Lastly, we did all the moving of furnitures so your technician can concentrate only on the cleaning part. We noticed that there were some "removable" dirt spots that were not thoroughly cleaned nor attended to.

I appreciate the fact that you are a self-contained truck.Besides making the carpet extremely clean The end result ,no crusty soapy feeling . Just nice and fluffy. I recommend you to people all the time rather you know it or not .

Love how clean our carpets turn out after the cleaning! Our toddler makes a ton of little stains on the carpet from spills, etc. the tech is always on time and very professional. I wont us any other cleaning company!
I love that there are no chemicals remaining and that you use a safe and extremely effective method! My carpets haven't looked this good in a long time. Plus the tech who came out to do my carpets was so friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and told me about other services from zerorez that I didn't know about but am now very interested in. He did an amazing job!
I have used zerorez for years and until now have been very happy. The technician that was sent out had a very poor attitude and unprofessional deminior. First of all the price that was stated to me over the phone was not what was stated when tech arrived, this says to me that the promotion I was offered was just to get in the door. The technician did a fine job cleaning but didnt use bootys at all or have any for us to use so his dirty shoes where all over the wet carpet which we got the privilage to wake on also.I feel that the experience could have been much better and due to being told one thing over the phone and one thing by the tech not all of the cleaning was done.....
Carpets are cleaner when you have extra services added. There is no smell from the solution used and that means a lot since we have allergies.

I'm sorry but I hate the hustle, I was told one price on phone( if I just got two rooms shpooed, no extras) and double that when the technician quoted me, you have always done a great job on the carpet so I keep you and I know the guys work on commission but seriously, enough!
Stop charging for gas I feel it’s outrageous. Definitely not right. My job does not give me gas money to come to work.
Maybe I should recommend to the Postmaster General we need to charge monthly gas fees for delivery of mail 6 days a week to every house. What clean up that would be.

Have used your company many times. This time I had the Duct cleaned along with the dryer vent. Everything was done with professionalism and explained what was doing. Also the Techs showed me what they were doing with the ducts which put me at ease. Will definitely be back, you have a permanent customer in me.
