Prompt Professional Service. Carpets came out better than I expected, great job!
came for three rooms 1 of the rooms if u want to call it that was a small strip, hardly anything they could get to, my 2nd bedroom was a master bedroom yes its larger but is filled with furniture bed, desk, end tables, refrigerator, and it does have a bigger closet which in my opinion the closet area doesn't quite make up for the bed area they didn't have to do. The 3rd room was an actual room with nothing in it. so because I wanted stairs and a landing (landing is smaller then the area my desk takes up) so really adding stairs jumped it from $100 to $160 for stairs. I like the job you do but feel a bit cheated. That's why I'm not recommending you guys anymore to my friends and I don't plan on using your services anymore. stairs and a landing shouldn't cost %60 addition to a bill, even though if you look at the area amount in the 2 rooms filled with furniture its really only adding the stairs. The tile was done as per the radio promotional so I'm not talking about that, just the carpet.

I like that the quoted time was very accurate and the crew showed up on time. The cost is a bit higher that what I have paid other companies. Also the crew was very quick and missed a few small areas. I think this was due to the fact that my appointment was late in the day.
Everything was absolutely amazing. The technician, the cleaning. We are very pleased with the whole experience. Will be using Zerorez from here on out.

I can't remember his name, but that's because i'm old and forgetful, but he is one of the best reps I've met over the many years I've been using your company. I don't know how he did it, but he made me light-colored 9 yr old carpet look like new! I'm very happy!!!! Thank you!!!

We have had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez multiple times. Every technician has been polite and they explain the different services. I always recommend Zerorez to friends.

Not finished yet, but so far they have done a good job, are efficient and on time.
Had puddles of water on the adjoining tile that were not wiped up. The deep brush treatment really helped my wear areas, but they did not totally eliminate the darker appearance. But it's OK. I don't need touch up at this time.
Carpet can ver clean, with no odor and equipment relatively quiet.
Technician, Rich, was very professional, polite and did not push for up sales. Explained process and products throughly.

did an excellent job getting rid of the dog stains I had in the carpet. also excellent job cleaning two large chairs that my dogs had dirtied. very professional and scheduled me quickly. will definitely use again!
Being on time, being very pleasant, protecting the furniture and walls, using own water and being very efficient. Explaining the procedures, the various options. An overall pleasant experience and as promised all carpets were dry within 6 hours.

Carpet looks amazing!
Tech's are very efficient. Work was completed in a timely manner. Cost was comparable to other companies but carpets are much cleaner and fresher.
My carpet did not look much different from when I had a competitor clean my carpets a few months ago. I am excited to see how it wears after a while compared to the other cleaner though.
