I am so pleased with my Zerorez service. The carpets look better than great. Our technician was so good and friendly. You can tell he likes his job and believes in the company. You don’t always see that.
Cleaning of grout and grout sealing.
I have used Zerorez for years. The work is always done correctly and professionally, whether it is carpet, floors, or furniture, all with no residue or chemically smell.
The technicians were here for less than one hour. Does this represent the quality of the cleaning in a positive or negative way? I am not sure, but I would have liked knowing that 300$ of work would take less than one hour so I wasn't left questioning the quality.

You just use water vice shampoo or cleaning products, so there is no smell. It doesn't take very long for the carpets to dry. Technicians are timely and friendly.

The Zerorez method of cleaning carpets are in my opinion, the best. Our carpets always look great after Zerorez has cleaned them and since they use steam instead of a lot of shampoo, our carpets stay clean for a longer period of time. The Zerorez technicians are also very professional. I highly recommend their service.
