I was told when I made an appointment that TECH will move the stuff but will not touch electronic equipment but he refused to touch any thing he did not clean edges of the carpet and told me I will charge extra

Very professional and informative and my carpet looks great!
Price was a little more than what I was expecting. The carpet was a lot wetter than we expected based on the TV ad.
But the biggest disappointment came about when his tank filled up and the unit stopped working. I suspect that he drained some in the street, enough to "FINISH?"
When I noted the disappointment to the final quality, no where as clean as the rest.
His reply was well it was the free hall, so what do you want for free?
Don't know that I will forget that too fast.
Technician said carpet would dry in 3 hours. Didn’t dry until 9 pm. The tiles had a film on them when they completely dried, and lots of spots. It appears that the technician used too many chemicals in the cleaning. I had to mop the entire floor the next day to get rid of the chemicals. I used the company 2 years ago and had much better experience. To top it off, the truck leaked oil all over the street in front of my house.
