I was satisfied with the work. Need to come back for second time for the deep cleaning we ask for. But what I seen so far I would recommend. Forget about all the other cleaning companies they have nothing on you guy. You go boy okay baby girl

How clean my carpets are.
Firstly, we are customers for life! The carpets are not overly soaked and the results are great.
All of the technicians have been courteous and very careful not to harm our furniture.
One that stands out as a "10" is Louis.....he was very knowledgeable about cleaning carpets and fully explained the service. He acted in a professional manner and took extra care with our solid wood floors that abut the carpeted areas. We hope ZeroRez recognizes the value of this young man on their team of technicians.

My husband and I are so pleased with Zerorez! Leslie was amazing. She did an absolutely wonderful job on our tile, grout and carpet. We had just bought our house in Las Vegas Nevada and it desperately need a deep clean. After Leslie was done, everything looked brand new and smelled fresh and clean. What do I like? I like that when you finish cleaning, it is CLEAN and not slippery to walk on.
What I did not like? The puddles left on the floor at the edges of the carpets that were cleaned. I slipped on one and nearly fell.
