Quoted $185 over the phone and not told anything about the technician trying to sell more product. Was told that if I didn’t upgrade then the carpet would smell. That’s not a great way to get customers to come back. Ended up forking our $313. Not recommending this place to anybody I know.

When I made the appointment I specifically asked how much it would be to include pet treatment. I was quoted around $140. It ended up being over $200. I have used other carpet cleaning companies and it is always around $140. I will never use Zerorez again for this reason.

My receipt shows pre-existing conditions of excessive soil, which was not true. I can't read the recommended services on the receipt either. I take extremely good care of my carpet. My carpet is only 1 yr old. It does have an issue with it looking worn/discolored. It looked the same before and after cleaning. It really wasn't dirty yet. The carpet manufacturer says it must be cleaned annually which is why I had it cleaned. I did point this out to the tech. I have to file a warranty claim with Lowes and Shaw (carpet manufacturer). This receipt makes it look like I abused my carpet. I hope this doesn't cause any issues with my warranty claim.

Solution is light and doesn’t soak my carpet’s because they dried within hours. I love how my tile floors and grout came out so clean.

i greatly appreciate the consistency of product used on our aged carpeting along with the willingness of each tech to take time, as i sometimes request, to extract additional solution for even faster drying time. In particular, the two times Michael has provided service to our carpet, he has left us with exceptionally clean carpet and demonstrates qualities that all service companies hope will be exemplified: attentiveness, friendliness, and knowledge of services.
