The reason it's unlikely that I'd recommend zerorez to others is due to the fact that I rarely, if ever, discuss "cleaners" with others and also that it would be highly unlikely that anyone would ask me anything about carpet cleaning.
We love that there are no chemicals left in the carpets. Chris and Marcus were the best workers yet! I will request them next time. The operator of the equipment really does make a difference. Thanks for a job well done

We are thrilled with the service. Our technician has got to be the best in the business. Leslie went above and beyond to accommodate our desires, and did a superb job on carpets that haven't been cleaned in years. They look great!
So yes, the 'hype' you hear on the radio ads is absolutely true - Zerorez Las Vegas is in our humble opinions, the best carpet cleaner in Vegas - or maybe even the entire country...

Once you have finished the job the carpet not only looks much cleaner but also feels thicker and newer.
I was not happy about being upsold once the technician arrived. I would never clean the carpet without adding the protectorant. I am. Not sure why I wasn't advised it wasn't included in the 493 I was originally quoted. Although I was happy with the carpet cleaning and the technician- the 800 was more than I intended on paying.
I apologize for your experience. So, I am checking the booking logs, invoice and have spoken to the technician to better understand the situation. The booking logs show that you booked us for the 3 room promo,Flight of Stairs, Area Rug, Tile and you were told by the CSR that “additional services such as pet stains, stain removal, protectants or any additional treatment for any excessively soiled areas will be priced out on site by the technician". The additional services were added when our technician arrived. The Maxim protectant is an additional service that protects the fibers of your carpet, which is something our technicians recommend if they believe that it would be beneficial for your carpets, usually because of possible stains that might occur in the future. Our technicians are trained to offer services that they stand behind for their cleaning, we are upfront with our pricing before we get started and we will waive any service that you do not want or feel uncomfortable with at the time of the purchase. I see that the technician did add additional discounts of $53 as well as a discount of the protectant for $17 instead of $35 per area. we do feel like we have done our best to accommodate you and your needs

Rug and couches cleaned-
Fast, trustworthy, dependable, reasonable prices, friendly, honest, and did a great job on my carpet. Will recommend and use their service in the future.
We paid $212.00. All it was was a very fast and simple steam clean. The pretreat was sparse. It took her less then 30 minutes to do the 2 partial bedrooms, 1 full 10x10 bedroom, hallway, 16 stairs and a small 5x8 floor rug.
There was a single spot in the full bedroom that the previous tenants allowed their dogs to pee on. I wanted he to focus on the spot and pre treat it heavily and after treat it. She did not. It still smells like dog urine.
Overall the carpets smell a bit fresher, but I feel that she rushed through doing them. There was no scrubbing like other companies have done.. just simply put down some hot water and in the same second sucked it up.
So by default you are only getting the top layer of debris.
It will do, but I would not use your company again. I was expecting more. With all the advertising and radio recommendations, I expected more.

Well, I was quoted a special online and with a coupon for $99 for two rooms and a hallway. I was home alone when Isaiah showed up and basically using some harsh borderline bullying business tactics, tried to bully me into a purchase of $418- just on the two living rooms and hallway! I told him that we had had the entire house done for $250- 5 bedrooms, stairs, hallway, and 2 living rooms! I called up my parents to ask about this price to confirm and while I was on the phone he was very interruptive, stating in a frustrated tone I needed to tell them about the amazing “deal” he was bestowing on me, and upon speaking to my father on the phone was suddenly very OK with the $99 special when he had previously told me even though I told him I was extremely frustrated and I spent a bunch on this party I was hosting the next day and he was very unsympathetic to my situation, he needed to do the extremest upsell ever to make the carpet even remotely nicer but then he talked to a man and was suddenly very ok with the $99 price. I will not be doing business with you all again since it seems your employees have no issue bullying and strong arming women into a corner to purchase 400% over my quoted price. There are too many places in town that will take my business. I spread the word at the party I hosted today about your horrible tactics.
