We have used Zerorez several times and have ALWAYS been impressed with how clean our carpets are after the cleaning and how fast they dry. As always, we were very happy with how the carpets looked after the cleaning yesterday. What we were not happy about is how wet our carpets were and the fact that it took way too long to dry. We had to use multiple fans and 12 hours after the cleaning they were still wet and not just damp, they were wet in large sections. We had to run fans all night long to get them to dry. Before he left, the technician actually told my husband to run our heat between 75 & 80 degrees to get them to dry....REALLY?!?!!!!! Run our heat when it is only in the 70's outside!!! We usually get our carpets cleaned in November and we have never had to do this, nor has it taken this long for our carpets to dry.

My tech Christopher Tam is a definite asset to your company. He is polite, courteous and does an excellent job. I always ask for him and recommended him to my neighbor who also used him. My carpets look really good even though they are 19 years old.
I was very happy with the results of our carpet cleaning yesterday. Our technician, Anton, was very efficient and punctual, and also gave me good feedback. The house looks great, especially the stairs, which were very dirty because they are so high traffic, look fantastic. Our area rug as well looks very clean. We were very happy with the results and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was so happy with my cleaning results! My techs, Todd and David were amazing. They worked really hard and then gave me tips on keeping my carpets clean and suggested how often I needed to shampoo. I will definitely use Zerorez again!
