Anthony was very pleasant answered all my questions and I have no problem with the service.
However, some time after he left I wondered if I needed to order a "scotch guard" type protection when I made the appointment. He did not ask me - and if I remember correctly in the past the technician offered that service (of course for a fee).
Please advise so I know the next time.
Chris Tamez was fantastic, I had for two technicians and it was not an issue, they were very professional and my tile floor and carpet looked like brand new. They were very careful with the furniture and the walls and very courteous and wanted me to check their work afterwards to make sure I was fully satisfied.

Very professional cleaning and the personnel that cleaned my home were very nice and answered all my questions.
The cost and limited time it took to clean my small areas was disproportioned. The techs only took approximately 15 mins to do the actual cleaning. Even though my carpets were cleaned, just felt I paid too much for the time spent.
Price was a bit high.
I had another great experience with Zerorez. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and speedy. The carpets look great and I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future!
Since the Zerorez process uses steam versus soaps and chemicals the carpet cleaning looks great from the start lasts longer. The tech is always very thorough. I highly recommend using Zerorez for cleaning and maintenance of your floors.

The gentleman that come and did my floors was very informative, he told me just what to expect how my floors would look went he was finished .after they were dry and I went over them with the vacuum cleaner I am very happy with how they look. Sorry I do not remember what he told me his name was. He was very good and did a great job.

I hate the constant upselling. The edges of my carpet were not paid enough attention to. I feel like if I don't go for the upselling, they are upset with me. It's an experience that I dread every single time.

I apologize for your experience, I do know that our technicians are trained to inspect the carpets to make sure that we apply the best cleaning method for your service. If they spot an area that our traditional cleaning method of pretreat clean and sanitize will not take care of, they have to let you know of a method that will as well as inform you of what they can do to meet your cleaning needs. We will talk to our technicians to build a better rapport with our customers to avoid experiences like that. In the meantime, we do have a 30 day workmanship guarantee. I would like to set you up for a re-cleaning for those areas that you mentioned, free of charge, to get this taken care of.

I apologize for your experience, I see that there was no advertisement or promotion when you booked your appointment, nor was one added on the day of the service, but our CSR added a promotion for $34.99 per room instead of $45 per room, the news paper add is $33 per room with a free 100 sf of tile for free. If a promotion was mentioned before or on the day of the service, we would be more than happy to have applied that to your bill. As previously reported, I used Zerorez to clean our carpets and ceramic tile. The results were remarkable and we would recommend them to anyone
we have used Zero Rez for at least 20 yrs. I used to hav e my own carpet cleaning business in Seattle. After seeing a product sed in Kona Hawaii to clean Resort Carpets and realizing if was game changing I tried to find out about it. No one would comment on it. I later found out that Vemturi had it. I even bought stock in Venturi. In those days they were way ahead of the competition. Out of the demise of Venturi Zero Res was born. I long ago closed BB's Carpet Care and do other things. I have used Zero Rez ever since. They own this field in my opinion. Try em and see for yourself.
