after hearing all the hype on 94.1 and how great Zerorez was, i needed carpet, tile, dining chairs and a cal-king mattress cleaned.the carpet in the 2 bedrooms appear to be fine, the dining room chairs are good. the tile floor and the bed less than satisfactory. i was under the impression the mattress would smell fresh and clean it is far from it it smells more like a wet (now dry ) dog, no animals lives here or have ever been near the mattress.the floor are streaked and spotty like a dirty mop was used, you would think that if a customer spent 1884.70 for 4 hours of work it would be spotless and smell great throughout the house. for 471.00 per hour i expected more as it took a great deal of time for me to earn that kind of money,at this point i would not recommend your services to any one and would probably discourage them if asked. yes i have pictures of the floor

Carpet is clean with no chemicals. Machine would not work when they arrived so had to reschedule. Maybe make sure your machines work before you leave every day.

Outstanding results! We decided to do one room at the beginning of the year to see if there was any difference from other carpet cleaning services we had used where stains came back within weeks and the carpets held dirt. The test was a huge success! The test room after 10 months looked nearly as good as the day it was cleaned. We had the whole house done this past week and it looks amazing and the indoor air is much fresher. We had the same technician, Leslie, both times and she does excellent work and is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend Zerorez.
