The price for one small dining room and hallway was really high. The work done was very good, including a high traffic area, but I don't think I can afford to use your service on a regular basis.
I’ve had Zerorez at my home to clean carpet and tile three times in the past five or so years.
1) The first time I was incredibly happy with the cleaning job, but the technician accidentally chipped my tile with his equipment. As it was an accident, I was understanding. What was terrible was the poor customer service I received from the owner at the time, Brad McGee. As the chip was small, it was incredibly difficult to find a repair person/handyman to fix it. I was saddled with this task myself. I was reimbursed for the repair, but had to chase the owner down through various emails to be reimbursed a measly $100. This was Incredibly poor customer service - from the owner no less.
2) On the second visit, everything was adequate, but the carpets did not seem as clean as the first time. The technician was unable to get out at large orange soda stain, as well. I was underwhelmed.
3) As this is the recommended cleaning method for my carpets, I again called Zerorez. At this point I was just hopeful nothing would be damaged and that the carpets would appear somewhat cleaner.
I am incredibly satisfied with the results this time — I do believe, this is due to the technician, Zak. He was able to get out the 3-4 year of stain, which I previously mentioned. He also was able to get out some dirt and grease footprints and, overall, the carpets appear cleaner than what I expected — much like the first time I had them cleaned.
Thus, the answer to the question above is:
The most valuable product Zerorez has is an excellent employee.

I have light black streaks on the carpet. I sent a picture yesterday, after the carpet had completely dried.
So only some areas look cleaner and brighter.

Very expensive, and our landlord had to have you come out and clean it again, stains did not come out. We paid $280.00 the first time, too expensive to use again.
Thought that the pet stains in the carpet would have been removed but they still remain, didn't know this until after the next day.

What a scam!
I signed up for the 3 rooms for $99 over the phone. Instead of adding on to this price the rep said 4th room, the hallway, and the flight of steps would bring the total to $246.00
I have a coupon for pre-holiday special of 34.99 per room plus get a free hall. This would bring my bill up to 212.96 including your $8 service charge.
What I received was NO BONUS TILE CLEANING, $45 for room one, $40 for room two,3,4, $29 for the hall, and $65 for the flight of steps.
I will never use your service again, AND I will tell all my patients, friends, neighbors and blog about what a scam you run, changing the price from $99 for 3 rooms to $246 when you add on steps, hall, and a 4 th room.
You got me this time, but believe me, the bad press you will get from screwing me over, will more than even the score.

I feel it leaves a residue. I used my Bissell steam mop a day later and rinse the mop head into a while sink I saw lots of dirty water. I rinsed it 7 times while going back over every where the tile had been cleaned. I started with a clean mop head that had just been washed.
One piece of furniture that had been pushed to one side of the room to get out of way was left in room instead of pushing into clean room, It had felt pads on bottom which were still wet and soapy a day later. The above being said, I feel my house was cleaner after zerorez was finished just not as clean as I expected. I feel the technician Scot was diligent and informative. I would ask for him again if I use Zerorez.
The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
