Absolutely I highly recommend zerorez. Their carpet cleaning system is heads above the rest and I know because I’ve used other services. Zerorez you are my hero and I will never use another carpet cleaning service. Zerorez not only thoroughly cleaned my carpet but it was completely dry after 3 hours. The gentleman that did the job ...did a good job ...but he broke the connection to the drivers power seat ... it was so close to the dash i couldn’t get in the seat...so I push the button to move it back ...it did nothing ...I check the connection wire it was pull almost apart ...and one side was broke . I call your company and was told someone would contact me with in 24 hrs ...still have not heard from them ...not happy with no response .this is my motor home ...they did upholstery and carpet I thought it was high $258.00 ...the last time it was about $170.00
Your products and services actually cleaned my carpet. Your technicians were professional and explained all aspects of your cleaning process. When the work was done all the pet urine stains were gone along with the smell. Thank you.
They are chemical free, use water only and leave carpets soft not ‘crunchy’

I have had previous rug cleaners in the past but they never clean the rug as nice and as clean as your employee and Cleaning chemicals do.
I like not putting soap into my carpet! I also like the techs who work for this company. They are always on time, professional, clean, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice people - not phony, up-charge people, but people who really care that they do a good job.

he charged me a lot extra for pet stain removal but it came back anyway.
Dirt path still evident after the cleaning. I strongly suggest you train your carpet cleaners to not heavily place the blame on the homeowner and how often they vacuum, whether or not shoes are removed inside the house, etc. This sets an extremely negative tone between your company and the customer. Suction and water don't cut it.
