Service was very good. The Tech. explained how he would do the cleaning and the cost alternatives, and answered all our questions The tech. was friendly, but focused on his work. The carpets were clean and looked 100% better.
There was a section of the area rug in the living room area that didn't look as clean as the other areas of the area rug. A tech is coming on 10/2/19 to look at the area rug.
Overall we were very satisfied .

You charged me 300 for a small job so in return Im going to file a complaint with the state atty generals office and the contractors board. Since you refused to give me an itemized statement of what I paid for and all your slick salesman Scott could do is tell me how much free stuff he was giving me (that I never asked for (nothing was free, I paid for it), then hit me with a huge bill and 1 hour of his time for unskilled labor you don't deserve my business or a recommendation.
I apologize for your experience. So, I am checking the booking logs, invoice and have spoken to the technician to better understand the situation. The booking logs show that you booked us for the 3 room special initially for $99.00. In the original call log the operator went over that the Hallway ($29.00), Stairs ($65.00), and Bio-Treatment ($35.00 Per Area) would be additional charges. The technician noted any issues he saw with the carpet on the pre-work authorization form, which has to be signed prior to work and has the price quote down at the bottom. Our technicians are trained to inspect the carpets to make sure that we apply the best cleaning method for your service. If they spot an area that our traditional cleaning method of pretreat clean and sanitize will not take care of, they have to let you know of a method that will as well as inform you of what they can do to meet your cleaning needs.Our technicians offer services that they stand behind for their cleaning, we will waive any service that you do not want or feel uncomfortable with at the time of the purchase. We do feel like we have done our best to accommodate you and your needs

This is our third time using your company and it is absolutely worth the money to know my family and pets aren’t subjected to any chemicals at all. Nothing like a last minute appointment put on Zerorez. They accommodated me with an appointment as well as with a great price. My technician (Kevin) came out to the appointment and cleaned the carpets in no time. He even had people come up to him and requested a business card. I worked highly recommended this company to anyone looking for a job well done.
The service was great and professional the carpets came out looking great. on the older carpet some of the stains did not come out , but it wasn't for trying. They worked really hard on all of the carpets and I will have you come back and do some more sometime in the future.
Quick service, prices fair and product quality
I first saw a add for carpet and tile cleaning. Once the cleaner showed he upsold me a carpet cleaning with brush. I thought the brush was included but an addition fee of $35 per room was extreme.
Even yet the carpet still had some smell
Which wasn’t fresh and clean. The cleaner was nice and professional. The equipment didn’t meet up to my expectation.
