I like your staff and how professional they are especially when they enter our home. We do not call upon a lot of service people or let them in our home. Your team always seems respectful of our personal space right down to wearing booties. We always receive clear communication before and during the service, and the carpets are always clean and soft with a quick dry time. I never waste my time with other companies, we have used zerorez for years and will continue to do so.

Having used Zerorez for the last few times we had our carpets cleaned, we were confident in the job they do, which is fantastic, this time around, we had the company clean grout in the kitchen. We live in a rented property and when we first moved in, it looked like the grout had never been cleaned since the house was built, added to that, we have been here a few years and not had the grout cleaned. Although not absolutely perfect, let's face it, it's years of grime embedded in the grout, the results were amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Job Well Done! Thank you Zerorez!

Its been a week since I had my carpet clean. The fourth day the stains started surfacing and so did an unusual chemical smell. I’m not very happy. This is the second time I used your services. Wasn’t happy the first time. But I believe in second chances. Hopefully you can do something about it. I usually don’t complain, I simply stop using that service. I only called you the first time because one of my friends recommended you. Please fix this problem. I have a husband with copd and on oxygen.

I was surprised under the dining room table was not cleaned
The technician arrived one hour before the appointment time frame after asking for the appointment change. He left within an hour after thoroughly cleaning the recliners. I was going to throw those recliners in the trash and buy new ones. I thought that maybe since my previous encounter with Zerorez for my carpet cleaning was excellent, I would give a try to clean them. Well, I am so glad that I did. I regret not having taken a before and after photo. No need to buy new ones after 11 years! The technician, Victor, was polite. He did such a great job. Thank you.
