Professional and quick service
A job well done!! My carpets look & feel nice I can tell they're really clean. I also like whatever Zerorez use's to clean with had a nice smell, it didn't leave a musty odor in the house like some other companies did that I've used before in the past. It didn't take long to dry either about 6-8 hrs or so.. I'm totally satisfied with the job & will definitely use them again
I have used your service for years and have been very happy. This will I called to have my carpets clean which has blood from my dog.
The blood is still there they should have spot spray the blood prior to cleaning which they have done in the pasted.

Had 4 bedrooms cleaned. Hallway is hardwood. After cleaning the man said he had mopped the hallway. W
What did he clean it with? After he left saw standing bits of water on the hardwood. Did not in anyway want the hardwood cleaned. Got up this morning to stiff carpet and mottled look on the hardwood. The tile in the bathroom I had done because of free tile cleaning cleaning was actually sticky. I cleaned the tile and I have gone over the hardwood twice. Will do it again tomorrow.
Great company to work with and do a super job
Did a great job but 'up-selling' a customer is not cool. I get it. It's the nature of the business. There are certain stains that was not cleaned properly. Oh well. Maybe next time.
I am not sure yet if it is a good job or not, but the last time we had the carpets cleaned, they looked great. This time there are streaks everywhere. I am not sure how long it is supposed to take to do the job, but he was done in a flash. When he was cleaning within my view, it looked like he gave it two strokes, one forward and one backward and that was it. Once again, I am not sure how it is supposed to be done but when I rented a carpet cleaner, i went over it a couple of times. Maybe the streaks will even out and the carpet will look natural in time, but for now it looks like streaks of clean and streaks of not so clean. Since you've asked, I am telling you what I think. neatness - polite - good work - my carpet looks great - more expensive than usual could have used a senior discount - but was worth it
The high traffic area was specially treated but it did look as good as it usually does. I feel the carpet was left extremely wet. Squishy wet.
It is clean and does not leave a residue. No artificial smell

Very friendly employees
I was quoted a different price for chair and ottoman and I feel overcharged for things I had done. Could not have all items I originally needed cleaned because of extremely high price! $40 for a dog bed and $40 higher price for chair/ottoman.

Great workers clean and efficient. They concentrate of the job to do and are very well trained.
The service was great. Carlos was very professional and extremely nice. We have very light colored carpeting which shows everything. The carpets came out very clean including a large coffee stain that we could not totally eradicate. We are very pleased and will be using Zerorez again.
Nothing really. It’s just that your equipment is very loud and bothered some of my neighbors. But it can’t be helped.

I have been using Zerorez for more than ten years, and they still never cease to amaze me. Casey came out and assessed the situation and came up with a plan of attack. After two glasses of Pinot Noir dumped on the carpeting, we figured we would have to get a runner to cover the stain. Casey got the stain out! I Love Zerorez.
The corner covers so the hoses do not scratch the walls, the guys are in and out quickly, and the carpets are clean !

It’s quick and clean and there is no heavy perfume odor just clean and I have two pets so it’s important to me to not have heavy chemicals
