Everything was explained to me and the results on my carpet were great! The little extras like putting up the corner protectors to avoid scratching on the walls were appreciated.
The management company of the house we rented didn't bother to clean the carpets when we moved into the house. It was a 10 year old house that looked like the original carpet was left in it. We were nice and called Zerorez when we moved out to clean the carpets. The carpet look amazing! My bet is, the management company won't replace the carpet because it looks so good.

Friendly service and carpets look nice but price quote given over phone didn’t include spot cleaning- would prefer quote up front to reflect accuracy. $140 more is not a good surprise.
