How your service Personnel Luis explain it to us and how great it worked for us. Luis is very knowledgeable about his work. He actually gets down on his hands and knees to try to identify what's on the carpet. Never seen someone that had so much passion for what he's doing. He is a great representative of this company. Thank you Luis for putting us at ease.
Gentleman who showed was very professional, none pushy. Got to work and did it fast and neat without issue and the carpets came out well.
