$500 for 2 bedrooms and it still stinks
I apologize for your experience. So, I am checking the booking logs, invoice and have spoken to the technician to better understand the situation. In the meantime, we do have a 30 day workmanship guarantee. I would like to set you up for a re-cleaning to get this taken care of for now. As for the experience from your cleaning, I will escalate this to management and have them contact you about this incident.

Your services are not very good. They are much better than very good. They are above excellent. Your people do an excellent job and once again our carpets look like they are brand new and were just installed.

The protocol you use to write up your estimate is not the same for everyone I have used you guys three different times and I have the same three areas cleaned and each time the price was different this last time two hallways got added into it And I was told there was a different price for couches and what not but everything was not clear not clarified I was just hit with a 900$ bill after 4 rooms cleaned
