I have used Zerorez for a few years now for carpeting cleaning and have been pleased with the service. This time it looks like I have stripes of dirt spread from one side of the room to the other. I have pictures if you would like to see them.

I am a first time customer and was very pleased and impressed by the 2 gentlemen that came to my home for services. Both Victor and Issah were professional and very courteous. They were knowledgeable in the product and services there were providing. Both were helpful in explaining the process of Zerorez which I found to be most helpful. My carpets came out beautiful and were very soft after drying. Drying time was half of previous carpet cleanings I have had. I would definitely recommend not only Zerorez to anyone who asks, but also recommend Victor and Issah as technicians to perform services.

In the meantime, we do have a 30 day workmanship guarantee. I would like to set you up for a re-cleaning to get this taken care of for now. As for the experience from our technician, I will escalate this to management and have them contact you about this incident.
I use Zerorez for all my listings but I do not always receive a receipt. I would appreciate it if the technician would give me a receipt once I pay him and not send it by e-mail as I have had situations where I never received the receipt and I do need it for my business, Otherwise I am pleased with the service and the cleaning

Was quoted one price over the phone using the Yelp discounts (99.00 for 3 rooms, 29.00 hallway, 40.00 for ea extra room). Tallied it up over the phone with the scheduling department only to find that when the techs came over I was told it would be more than double!!! Over 800.00!!!! What a joke.... but that’s what happens when you live in a nice complex with a manned and guarded front entrance!!
