I've had your service eight times in the last nine years for different services and you have always perform a great job in cleaning my rugs, kitchen tiles, sofas and etc. The first seven times, each technician (male person) did great.... BUT, this last time you sent a woman technician name Leslie on 8/27/19. I was so impressed with her personality, very friendly and her work performed was extremely fantastic. Leslie made my old carpet look like NEW.. I just couldn't believe my eyes.... My carpet never, and I say again, never looked that clean before. I don't know what she did or how she cleaned but all I can say is.... YOU GO GIRL with Zerorez.
That day was the first time I ever met Leslie and I hope I will be able to request her again.
P.S. Sorry, men of Zerorez but the saying goes.... Women always DO a better job at cleaning than a Man.

Very professional, great service
I called after the technicians left yesterday and asked when the air duct cleaning crew would arrive. I was told that the technicians who cleaned the carpet and upholstery were supposed to do the air ducts. They never mentioned it. I was then advised that the technician reported I decided it was too expensive which is why the ducts were not cleaned. No such conversation took place. I was disappointed by that statement. I tipped the technicians well and took care of them. Never did the topic of air ducts come up. I was told this matter would be brought to the attention of management. When I returned to the house this morning, it smelled like wet. I entered the home with someone who was there to do some work. The first thing he asked was if I had the carpets cleaned. The upholstery was still damp more than 16 hours later. I will say that the technicians did a nice job on the carpet and I am satisfied with that part. I called this morning to speak to a manager. My information was taken and I expressed my dissatisfaction. I was told a manager would call. It is 5:25 pm and no one has called. I will be submitting a partial chargeback for unsatisfactory work.

Setting up the appointment was very easy, and I appreciated the discount I received by mentioning radio station KNXT. Anthony was my technician, and he showed up right on time, and after finishing his work, my carpets looked better than the day I first moved in to my townhouse!

Carlos was great!! Zerorez came and did a test spot on my tile to see if they could get it clean. We had just completed a full remodel on our home and the drywall dust ruined the grout lines between the tiles. They were able to fix about 90% of the grout lines and clean and sterilize the tile. We thought it was hopeless and that we would have to redo all of the tile grout.
They were very particular to make sure everything was protected before they started. Carlos communicated with me throughout the process and answered all of my questions.
We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Zerorez.

I like your cleaning people are on time and do a thorough job. I really like that the carpet is not "crunchy" when it dries and seems to dry rather quickly.
The guys very professional and kind. they did a great job.
While I had a terrible time trying to get scheduled and all, it was worth the wait. Two of the nicest gentleman came and did the job and did an amazing job. WIll not hesitate to use them in future, but please improve your customer service trying to get scheduled.
