Everything (carpets and couch) came out really nice! The technician Casey was very detailed and had great customer service. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and he was very knowledgeable. I appreciated the tips he gave me to clean spots in between carpet cleanings. His hard work and attention to detail showed in the fabulous end results!

The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was very nice, but he left the carpet very, very wet. It took 2 days to dry completely. We even opened up all the windows and doors in the 108 heat. There were a few spots that dried crusty. We’ve had zerorez come many times, but we were a little disappointed this time.

Michael did a great job cleaning the carpets in our home.
He was a nice guy, but he acted like the carpet was to dirty to come clean. I had to stand there and ask him to go over it multiple times so it can stains could come out. He said they wouldn't come out and J said at least try. They ALL came out with just a little effort. He did 3 rooms in a half hour. To fast he didn't even try to get out until I asked him too. It was funky. I don't think it came out clean as Stanley steamer. That's where I will go back to.

Zerorez have a very talented and professional crew. They respond as fast as can be expected to accidental mishaps so they can work on any damage. General cleaning is so thorough that my rugs and furniture looked almost new. I wouldn’t use any other company after my experience with them last September.
They use the latest techniques and quality products and then they apply a sealer if you so desire to protect from future stains and spills.
Honestly, if you want to have your fabric furniture or area rugs cleaned, use Zerorez.

My upstairs carpets look ok, but downstairs livingroom and great room looked worse after you cleaned them than before. There is no way I would let you try to fix this. I called my regular carpet cleaner and he did the amazing job he's always done. I thought I would give you guys a try so my house would not smell all day. That turned out to be an expensive, albeit educational, mistake.

My carpet was not cleaned properly. Stains were left all over that could have and should have been removed. Your “technician” came back out and kept telling us it was not able to come up. I showed him and told him there was no reason they should not have been removed. He insisted that he would do the few I pointed out again but they would only wic up again. I told him to do the few I pointed out. I felt after talking to him that it would be a waste to have him do everything over again if what he was saying was true and did not fight him on the issue. Well he re-cleaned the few spots I pointed out and they came out beautifully. He said the stains would probably come back. It’s been 3 days and they are still gone. That just tells me if he would have done the rest of my carpet the way he did trying to fix the few stains I pointed out i would have nice looking carpet again. I am so disappointed with the service I received. He rushed the job did not use stain remover of any sort and left my carpets looking less than appealing. Then when he came back out instead of being apologetic he tried to say he did the best he could. Just unprofessional and a waste of my money. Should have gone with another company.
