The two technicians that I was fortunate to have service my home were professional and courteous. My carpet looks great and would recommend Zerorez to anyone who is needing carpet cleaning. Should you have any additional specials for pet treatment or upholstery cleaning, I would be interested in scheduling another appointment.
These guys are top notch. Their service is impeccable -- and they know the science behind carpet cleaning.
They explained why Zero Res is better than some of the others out there -- and it's science based. I will never have any other company touch my carpets. I was so impressed with the stains and pet odors they were able to clean and restore my carpet to new.

The individual who recommended your company had heard your company had high ratings, but pricey. However, I am glad I selected your company. I’m all for thoroughness and cleanliness. Service and products were awesome. We have a puppy and she absolutely destroyed our carpet, we thought we would have to replace it. They guys came in and looked at it and made a few suggestions and the carpet looks and smells like new!! It was amazing they were great and quick and saved our carpet, we are very happy.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone with dirty carpets or stains of any kind.

My only issue is the normal sale process of up selling. It’s unfortunate that my 24sq feet of bathroom was considered another room and had an additional charge. I went in expecting to pay one amount from booking the cleaning to paying almost 100% more.

Luis the employee that did the job! He's a fine young man, hard worker, honest and knows his products! He is very professional and does the job like it's suppose to be done, no cutting corners. I had my carpet, tiles, and a bit upholstery done. Every job gets a 10+ rating. For Luis, as a company I'd do everything possible to keep this young man happy! He's a diamond in the rough, very hard to come by these days, totally gives 110%. Honestly, he would be the reason why I'd return, your products are also good! My carpet looks fabulous and feels great! We had quite a few spots from dirt my kids had tracked in from getting a pool built and landscaping.
