I love the product because it dries quickly and does not involve any chemical agents that are harmful. The technicians are friendly and very knowledgable and they provide extra care and attention where needed.
I've used Zerorex on four occasions and will never go back to other carpet cleaning services, due to always be very satisfied with how they have provided me very good cleaning services beyond any other I have used in the past.

I do not feel that my carpets looked any different than before the cleaning. I vacuumed my carpets once they dried later that evening and was apply to vacuum up quite a bit of cat hair still left in my carpets. I do not feel that I should be able to get that much hair out after a carpet cleaning.

Easy to set up appointment. Technicians were prompt, friendly, and efficient. Carpet cleaning was complete in an hour.....dry in about 3-4 hours.

Your man was like a police circus barker. I paid double of what I thought I should, but he told me I better do it or it wouldn’t be right.
I apologize for your experience. So, I checked the invoice and saw that the technician gave an additional discount of $62.00 on top of the $30 per room. The brush pro total was $35 each for 4 areas which came to a total of $140. The reason for the brush pro is that our technicians are trained to inspect the carpets to make sure that we apply the best cleaning method for your service. If they spot an area that our traditional cleaning method of pretreat clean and sanitize will not take care of, they have to let you know of a method that will as well as inform you of what they can do to meet your cleaning needs. In this case the brush pro was recommended, which is an affective method of cleaning those areas. A little information about our brush pro service, so, the Brush pro uses a counter rotation of the brushes comb to straighten, and lift the carpet fibers providing the cleaners with a big advantage. It is much more effective at removing suspended soils, grime or dirt. Our technicians are trained to add services that they stand behind for their cleaning.

Other carpet cleaners I have used leave a residue that seems to actually attract dirt. I have not had that experience with Zerorez
The two service representatives were professional and efficient and gave me suggestions for future cleanings that I will use. The cleaning project was completed within an hour. The service tech was very courteous and prompt. In one of the rooms, he apparently could not reach the furthest wall so there is a very clear line where the carpet was cleaned and part was not. It very clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of your process.
There were still dirty spots on the carpet when cleaning was done. Perhaps it couldn’t be prevented but I had hopes
