I didn't realize that the price was a "bargaining process" as I was told when my area rug (without any stains) was quoted at the top price of $1.50 per square foot. I've never had this experience with your company before and I am disappointed beyond the 6 that I gave. I don't know that I will call again, to be honest. I had an unstained 8x10 area rug, a 10x3 hallway, and the remaining approximate 80 square feet of uncovered by furnishing section of my bedroom carpet cleaned for $157. The tech was done, from introduction until the door closed behind him in under 40 minutes.
I feel like I went to an auction and I overpaid on something that I really didn't need.

So, what I am seeing on the invoice is that the area rug was $1 per sf instead of $1.50, so, $80 for the area rug and the room and hallway was at it's standard price, $40 for the room and and $29 for the hallway, with an $8 service fee that brings you to a total of $157. If the carpet was'n't cleaned to your satisfaction we would gladly come out and do a re-cleaning for you :)
got all the stains out of my carpet
I like the knowledgeable and informative person who came to clean the carpets, he asked many pertinent questions as to the way the carpets may have been or were cleaned. With what products were used in cleaning the carpets prior to having Zerorez clean them. How they may have been cleaned and what types of cleaning solutions were used on them and whether any pets heads soiled them.

We feel that the guys did a good job of cleaning the carpet and the rug. They had not been cleaned in years. We could actually see the color variation in our Burber Carpet. We do think how ever that you folks are doing a bit of a "Bait and Switch" The ads say 3 rooms for $99.00. It is not until the guys arrive that they told us that in order to do the best cleaning it would be an additional $35 a room. Also, we were charged $120.00 for the three rooms and not the $99 as advertised

I apologize for your experience. So, I checked the invoice and saw that the technician gave an additional discount of $168 on top of the $21 off for the $99 special. The brush pro total was $35 each for 3 areas which came to a total of $105. The reason for the brush pro is that our technicians are trained to inspect the carpets to make sure that we apply the best cleaning method for your service. If they spot an area that our traditional cleaning method of pretreat clean and sanitize will not take care of, they have to let you know of a method that will as well as inform you of what they can do to meet your cleaning needs. In this case the brush pro was recommended, which is an affective method of cleaning those areas. A little information about our brush pro service, so, the Brush pro uses a counter rotation of the brushes comb to straighten, and lift the carpet fibers providing the cleaners with a big advantage. It is much more effective at removing suspended soils, grime or dirt. Our technicians are trained to add services that they stand behind for their cleaning.
The fact there are no chemicals-natural holistic.

It’s great! I had my carpets cleaned by them a year ago! And they weren’t very bad at all! They did a good job! Quick & fast, tile came out good too!! Stanley Steamer would come every 3 months!! Also good prices!! And a nice quote to clean our sectional!!

You've been here twice and the spots are still there. The third time won't be a charm, either. I paid twice the contracted rate and haven't received a refund. Being a repeat customer, I will not make the mistake again.
I apologize for any inconvenience, we will escalate this to management and have them come out to see the areas to best diagnose the issues and remedy this as soon as possible.
