White residue spots were found along the front edge of my couch and along the side of the stairwell. Also, the carpet on top stop of the stairs was pulled back from the corner. The employee never notified me of the damage.

Your technician Kevin started the appointment by not honoring the price we had negotiated and when I told him what we agreed on he placed the blame on his supervisor. He texted someone and then accepted the price that was agreed upon. Secondly, he was very fast and sloppy leaving white chemical marks throughout the house on the tile floor. He did not clean the bathrooms. You cannot have an employee like that representing your company. I called your business and was able to get someone else to come out and redo the floor which i appreciate.
