The service was very professional with superb results. The Zerorez employee was very attentive in his explanations and answering questions. I had carpets cleaned with some treatments in 3 rooms and had upholstery cleaning done on several pieces of furniture. Very happy with results.

The carpets looked great, especially the stairs. I had seen the 100 square feet of tile and grout cleaned for free on the Zerorez website. So I mentioned it to the tech and he said there was a little more than 100 square feet and asked if I wanted to pay extra for the rest. I agreed to and after he left I checked the floors... to find that none of the tile and grout had been cleaned. I wouldn't have minded if it had been free anyway, but I actually paid extra for it. It was obvious he hadn't touched the floors at all. I genuinely liked the carpet cleaning, but why even promote the tile and grout cleaning if it won't be done? Especially charging extra for it, was very dishonest.
I apologize for your experience with your service. I will escalate this to management and have them contact you about this incident. We do have a 30 day workmanship guarantee. I can set you up for a re-cleaning?
