outstanding service. very helpful and knowledgeable on how to treat problem areas. carpets come out looking better than I expected. great job, will use zerorez again.
I will use ZEROREZ for all my carpet and furniture cleaning. I had a full house of carpet cleaned and a recliner. The Tech was very polite and had a vast knowledge of the cleaning procedures and, dry times. 4-6 hours and the carpet was dry enough to put the the furniture back. There was no residue, no soapy odors and no sticky feeling.
The price was good, the service and fast and friendly and they were on time.
I will recommend to my friends and family
No chemicals and the fresh citrus smell!

First of all let me say Zach is a very nice person and he did the best he could under the circumstances which really not bad, because it was easy access and very easy to work in the environment...
That being said,
1. carpets in the closet wasn't done what no small space there was I should not have at Aston at that done just wasn't done...
2. The brush mechanism that he demonstrated in room number two gave up a lot of hair and stuff bunch of gunk.. well I paid forbidden number one to have that brush done.. not much hair or anything was done in that whole room but yet in that walkway of the second rule where he did the test brought up 10 times more than the amount actually 50 times more the amount of what was received from the bedroom that I paid for.. ( before I made the decision to pay for the other room I told him I think I was Hoodwinked) at least that's what the results showed from the second bedroom according to the first bedroom the second bedroom was the test the hallway where all the junk came up the number one bedroom had more Maddie and jumped in the carpet and then hardly anything ever came up talk about your disappointment......
3. I'm very very disappointed even in the landing of the stairs disappointed overall!!
The stairs were absolutely magnificent.. not sure what he did but boy did he ever clean those stairs up!!! he did a magnificent job!! that's stair tool and pre-spray was absolutely phenomenal!!! phenomenal!!!!
So no I will not be referring you to anybody else although I did talk you up a few weeks prior to my service.... By the way, my complex wanted to come in and clean the carpets for free and I told them no because I wanted Zerorez to come in because of your method of cleaning even though I did not know the brush part had to be paid extra...
As you can see I don't mind paying for something if I'm going to get or if I think I'm going to get good quality, so I guess I was taken for a ride....
Anyway you wanted some feedback there you go...

The crew were super nice and polite the carpet looks so much better than I thought, they cleaned air ducts and to our surprise they also cleaned the ceiling vents. The tile in the kitchen looks like it was when my daughter purchased the house in 2001. This company will be one that I suggest to friends and family. Great Job

The young man who came to our home to evaluate our hand woven rug took the time to explain the various ways to clean our rug and discussed the best way to ensure we would be pleased with the job. I can tell you without a doubt I felt valued as a customer. The young man was prompt, professional, personable, knowledgeable, efficient and he did an outstanding job on our rug. I was also very impressed with the way I, as the customer, was treated and our rug now looks wonderful!
