We had a dog group and the place still smells like dogs.

Sofa cleaning should be done best the first time so the tech doesn’t have to come out twice. But I appreciate the company’s initiative to make things right and the technicians’ as well.
Being honest is more important for a company , I called and been told I will be charged $170.00 but instead I got charged more than $200.00. The prices are not right.

We have used Zerorez multiple times and each time the technicians have been courteous, friendly and thorough. My carpets feel so soft and look great. This time we had them do the tile and grout as well, and it looks brand new. Definitely one of the best carpet cleaning services around.
Our carpets still showed dog urine spots. (We had shampooed them up as soon as they messed on it) Our carpets were so crunchy after they dried. Very disappointed
I LOVE ZEROREZ!!! This is the ONLY company I use, and have used, for over 10 years. I have a light-colored carpet and have lived at the same place for 8 yrs, which means I need to get my carpet cleaned regularly. Zerorez does the job every time. All stains are removed. The carpet is soft [not crunchy], and dries very quickly. Anton is the technician that just visited this last weekend, and as is usual for every Zerorez employee I've encountered all these years, is personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast!
