I COMPLAINED THAT THE TECH LEFT A WHITE REISDUE ALL OVER MY TILE FLOORS THAT TOOK ME SEVERAL HOURS OF HARD SCRUBBING TO REMOVE, THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE SAID THE MANGER WILL CALL ME, AS OF THIS WRITING NO MANAGER OR ANYONE ELSE HAS RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT OR POOR SERVICE.

Professional, courteous staff, starting with our informational first phone call, to the technician who cleaned the carpet. Pricing was very affordable. No residual odors left over from the products used for cleaning. A spot treatment was 100% effective in areas where needed. We could not have had a better experience - and we chose Zerorez from television ads and word-of-mouth.

Zerorez in my opinion dies a superior job compared to others. Like the finished results, the carpet looks great and takes less time to dry. The personnel is courteous, friendly and thorough. Will continue to use them.

I don't normally fill these things out however, the 2 guys that came to my house were awesome and should be acknowledged for it. They were respectful, fun to talk to and when the time comes to have anything in my house cleaned again, I want them to do it.

I love your press on mail product but I am having a very hard time finding them . Are you discontinuing the square press on nails? I am starting to panic since I have been wearing them for a year and a half ! I get more compliments on them everyday at work . I hsve been to several Walmarts Ulta target Walgreens and cvs ! Any suggestions

We paid for the scotch guard and I watched the technician spray as he applied the product. He literally waved the wand a few times in the center of the carpet and was done in about 10 seconds. There is no way the carpet was completely scotch guarded. He did a phenomenal job on the cleaning, but I feel I wasted my money on the scotch guard treatment.

I was so impressed with ZeroRez and how our white carpet looks after they came in to clean! I didn’t realize how dingy it has gotten over six months, since we’d had it cleaned by another company. The results from the other company were not the same. After ZeroRez cleaned our carpet, it looks brand new and really pops!

I have already recommended ZeroRez to everyone I know, and will definitely give them a call again when our carpet needs cleaned! I’m so impressed with their carpet cleaning service, I’m going to look into the other services they offer!

Bait and switch operation. Didn’t even wash my whole tile floor and I’m disabled. Double the price quoted and don’t ever contact me again

The person was very nice and very helpful. I did not like the upselling.

First, when the gentleman entered, he put his blue booties on, then he shone his ultraviolet light allover my carpeting in the living room and and the den and told me that they seemed to be full of pet urine, so it would be more money to get rid of it. I declined, which he didn't seem to like.
He then walked out to his truck to get the equipment, with the booties on, and came back in. So really, what was the sense for wearing them?
He finished very fast, and I noticed deep ridges in the carpeting. When I pointed it out to him, he said that happens from the machine. I asked him to brush it out, since when I tried to fluff it up with my hands, it didn't really come up. He got the big brush and did the den, but never touched the living room. I had to ask him? Nobody ever left it like this.
When he came back in, he very calmly said, "the vase outside broke", I was stunned, since I don't have a vase outside, but a rather large ceramic pot, full of soil and artificial flowers. I then of course saw the pot in pieces on the floor and dirt all over. He started to pick up some shards, and I told him to leave it alone, I would take care of it. He never as much said he was sorry. I mentioned that I painted that pot and had it in the same spot for 25 years, had the carpets cleaned many times by other companies and this never happened. All he said, "I didn't do it"! I suppose that big hose just did it all by itself. He was careless and not very friendly.
At that point, I was so upset, I just wanted him to get out of here. I had a tip ready for him, but changed my mind, he did not deserve it.
I had to use my vacuum and go over the ridges he left in the living room several times.

I therefore called and asked for reimbursement of $50, which is not even enough to replace that size pot. I'm hoping to see it soon on my credit card.
So, yes, it was a big disappointment!

USED SEVERAL TIMES PREVIOUSLY

The carpet cleaning looks like it was just a vacuum. Hardly any of the stains were lifted out of the carpet. I feel like I personally could have just vacuumed my carpet and gotten the same results.
