I left him alone and pointed out areas of concern. The loveseat was never moved and I had to clean major areas myself. Super frustrating. The only reason I had them cleaned in the first place. It wasn’t even wet.
Best part of the job was Major! He was early, he got to the job right away. He did a great job! Major has a kind soul. Very nice guy and I will tell my friends to ask for him.

My carpet was done exceptionally well. The technician was thorough and extremely efficient and removed stains that I thought were permanent. Very quick, professional and personable. This is my second time using ZeroRez this year and will hire them again.

The tech was excellent!!! Very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.
The tech explained the extras I could take I declined, he went on to let me know my warranty be invalid and the carpet probably would smell when dried. That didn’t happen and never has after cleaning . Afterwards he said it would take about an hour to complete the cleaning, great. It took exactly 20 min !! When I walked through to check it out there were several dry spots. Thankfully my carpet wasn’t that dirty . I signed off and even tipped him $10. My problem is from the time I denied the extra service, he lost interest and just went as fast as he could. I’m sure the extra service is where he makes his money. I cannot even vacuum 3 rms. and a short hallway that fast. I live alone and a very senior citizen and non-confrontational so I won’t be using you again and won’t be recommending you, which I already did and my friend is using you tomorrow the 28th hope she has better service.
