Do a great job but too expensive
Left water stains on floor around the rug and one rug did not get that clean but to be fair he was thinking it might not come clean. Looked clean when he left but not for long. Most upset about having to scrip wood floor to get white marks off. Also I paid cash and he said would send receipt and never got.
Friendly professional clean and courteous
After initial contact, I was told that she would call back if didn’t hear from me to schedule yet never heard anything. Then after I called again to schedule and they came to clean/treat the room, it actually smells worse. Will be coming out to redo which is the only reason I didn’t give them a 0 - hoping for the best.
Tile cleaning left a white residue all around the edges of the tile once dry.

A tenant lived in my home and had an unauthorized dog for a few months. Even though the property management company recorded they cleaned the carpet there was a smell of urine. The tech used a light to detect urine spots and used a product to break the urine down. The carpet looks amazingly clean and no more smell. I will use them again.

I've used your services a number of times over a period of 3 - 4 years and for the most part, the technician has been very thorough with the services being provided. This last visit I didn't feel the same level of attention was provided which resulted in a not-so-good job of cleaning various areas of my carpet, the technician was in and out after applying the spray treatment in about 10 minutes.
