I had my carpets cleaned in all rooms and my roommate had a pet cat which left usual stains and odor in the carpet. Services provided help dealt with all of that and more. My carpets looked like knew and the technician gave me instructions on what I need to do to keep up longer carpet care. It was great price for all that what was done.

The booking for the estimate went well. The agent was on time and very professional. The agent, Angel, also came out for the tile cleaning when it was scheduled the next week. I was ask for him again if we need any other services in the future. I would also give him a 10.

Terrible outcome looked horrible and still dirty - had to pay for another cleaning company to come the next day to do it correctly - want a refund but know you won’t provide one
I would love to have a professional carpet stretcher come out and put my carpet back under the baseboards (how is was prior to cleaning) They pulled up my carpet from the baseboards and someone did come out with his son, but it still doesn’t look right. I have never had my carpet ripped from the baseboards like that after cleaning.
It is a very old very dirty carpet and Zerorez got it clean and nonsmelly

Everything turned out well. The man that cleaned the carpeting was very nice and helpful and above all very neat which is important to me. Wish the carpeting was a little dryer when finished, like more water could have been sucked out but other than that it was fine.
