Clean carpets - professional - on time.
Better spot cleaning of soiled areas. It seemed that no precleaning was done on specific spots and those didn't come up in extraction. I was able to go back after the cleaning and clear up a few spots that weren't cleared.

I appreciate the professionalism received from the company from scheduling an appointment, to the technicians arrival and how my carpet looks new again and the carpet drys quickly too! Not to mention the technicians are awesome and they do a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. I have 3 dogs and one cat and their pet treatment is #1, so you too can expect your carpet to be super refreshed and just like new. I highly recommend using their services.
