The product precedes itself. We already knew it was an A-plus product based on the recommendations from others who've used the service. However, we were most impressed by the technician who serviced our rental, Andrew L. It is a rare treat to have someone who is not all about himself in addition to the service. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, patient, observant, and so sure of his capability and his faith in the service that we knew we have found our permanent go-to for future carpet cleaning projects. I like that most of the carpet cleaners are punctual and call before they arrive. They are very careful around the house. Been using zero rez for over 10 years and they clean my carpets twice a year.
The stains that I asked to be removed are worse after the technician cleaned it.
Just don't feel like it was a good job. Not sure if the guy was in a hurry but the carpet didn't seem to get cleaned as it was the first time I used your company.
