Great technician
I appreciated the prompt appointment and appreciated the technician's (John) honesty regarding what did and did not need to be done regarding the cleaning of our carpet.
Technician was knowledgeable and profession. I'm very satisfied with the cleaning.
Everything was great. The tech was very friendly. He actually got a stain up from the carpet, that other techs couldn’t. Outstanding!

There were a couple of stains (which I noticed after the carpets were dry) that were not removed. Also, when I scheduled the appointment (I should have asked) the rep never informed me that the rugs would take 4-6 hours to dry (which it actually took about 10+ hours to dry). The CS rep on the phone was nice, but not very personable. Unfortunately, I will not use this service again.
I was disappointed when the service guy was just in the door and started with the upsale stuff. Everything he had could have been done during the initial contact. I was expecting one price and found that to get what I really wanted doubled the cost. The initial contact was told we had pets. Was pet spray included in the initial quote - no. Initial quote was based on a 200 sf room. Somewhat small by Vegas standards. But no one stated that and our rooms were estimated as “close”. Lastly, our initial contact was stated as “two rooms and a hallway “. This was entered as three rooms - no dimensions. The technician and I had to wrangle this out. In summary, the technician and the service were very good, but the initial contact and quote were not good. I was not pleased to have my anticipated cost doubled with the guy in my house and guests arriving the next day.
