I used many companies for carpet cleaning until my nephew told me how happy he was with Zerorez. We have used them for years and no one else since our initial cleaning. The carpets look great and most important, feel great when the team is done. The carpet is soft and fluffy to walk through now. All team members have been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Our last team of Mike and Andrew were wonderful! They got the pepsi and dog vomit stains out of the carpet while making it a fun experience for us, the home owners. How many times is it fun to have someone else do work at your house? Not many, if any. I want to thank Mike and Andrew for the exceptional job they did and hope to see them next time. Thank you!

Convenient and price
The tech barely spent 40 mins in my house. Didn’t make any attempt to move even the lightest furniture. Didn’t take his time. Offered to “deep clean” my carpets even though they are new. I consider zero rez a premium service and it definitely did not feel like that the day of service. $250 dollars for 40 mins of work. I will definitely be using a different company next time.

There was a cancellation and I was offered a two hour earlier appointment which I accepted. The tech was polite, courteous and professional and explained the add-ons available and their costs and what he recommendhed for my particular problems. He was efficient and careful with his equipment. A definite POSITIVE and Zerorez should hope all its Techs were as thorough as the one that serviced me.
