The carpet was still dirty after it was washed. I walked on the wet carpet with my socks and they were brown. I vacuumed the next day and there was the same amount of dirt as before the shampoo.

The technician was ok, but I’m just wondering if they got clean enough. I paid extra for the bio but I can still smell urine on two of them. Please contact me for advice. Thanks

I have not seen the finished product yet. But the one concern I have is the technician could have pulled his van up 10 feet and used the driveway to run cords and tools into our house rather than through all the plants, grasses and tree in our front yard. We have ring and it showed him constantly going through our plantings. Not sure why he didn't use the driveway. I will be back in las vegas eary October and I hope all the plantings are ok. Shows a bit of a lack of concern for the customers home and property. I will examine the work when we return.

the job was done very well & was done in extrema heat as the power had been shut off by mistake in the rental home & was not turned back on till an hour after he was gone & I was very sorry, but he did a great job.

I've had several carpet cleaners come to my house and the carpets always turn out great. Some stains come back after a month or so because of the dirt that is attracted to certain areas but using zerorez this time around just looked like they did a once over the stains and the stains didn't come out. Some carpeted areas were crunchy, and I don't know why that would be because that has never happened when I've used other competitors. Zerorez is also very over priced for the quality of work done. I don't mind paying extra for treatments on tough stains but paying extra for nothing is just disappointing. Sorry I won't be using this company again. Thank you for trying. :l
