Great value for cleaning the carpets of our entire home. Our technician, showed up early and worked efficiently. He also didn't try to upsell any of the cleaning options which was refreshingly rare.

The technician was very professional and friendly. My problem was with pricing. My home is very clean and my 2 year old carpet to him seemed to be 5 months old , meaning it was VERY clean and I only wanted one specific area where my son’s dog had gotten an upset stomach and vomited that I was concerned with and didn’t go through to the padding so VERY little needed to be done for the price I paid. It would be nice to have special pricing for such minor jobs.
Steve and Zack were efficient and did a good job. We had carpets and tile cleaned and are very happy with the results.

I don't know how the technician considered my two small hallways as one whole bedroom and I feel the 161 should have been for the deep clean

Well, I already did a review but I guess I can indulge in one more. The service is great, the technician Will was knowledgeable and down earth. A pleasant young man. ZeroRez’s process is the best. We’ve been using them for 6 or 7 years and their steam cleaning process leaves no residue and the carpets stay cleaner longer. Thanks ZeroRez, once again, job well done!!!
