Steven came on time for my appointment and was very professional. He did a great job of explaining the process and the aftercare needed once he was finished. He was careful to protect my walls and furniture from damage and clean behind himself as he worked. He was thorough and did a great job of cleaning our house. It looks amazing! I'm very satisfied with the job and the price. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

I liked TJ. Nice professional. I did not have a positive experience with ZeroRez in Colorado. I thought I'd give it another try out here in Las Vegas. I'm glad I did!
Technician Will was fantastic and completely knowledgeable about floor care. I went from having my carpets cleaned to having all my tile and grout scrubbed at the same time. Loved the final results!! Also love no residue of any sort - the only company to use!

My initial problem was Pet urin.. Priar cleaning by zerorez a few months ago was $250.00 for the same service I had this time for $455.00.
Same results but double the price! (What a bargain.)
Also tech suggested the deep cleaning service which I was considering until he said the price started at around $600.00.
I said no...$250.00 is good.
Very dissatisfied and extremely disappointed. ☹️

I sent an email - here’s what was written (pictures are not attached here):
Hello-
I'm writing to express serveral concerns with a service I had on Saturday, October 8. In the past, any concerns I had were immediately addressed and corrected. Your call center team has always been amazing. This particular service, however, has made me reconsider my loyalty as a Zerorez customer.
The stechnician came to house and seemed a bit bothered that he had "one more service" when he thought he was off for the day. He came in with no clipboard, paperwork or idea if pervious service history. I explained what service I needed and he rushed through the entire house in 30 minutes; it doesnt even seem like he used any sort of cleaner. It was very sloppily done! He left water, a huge slip hazard, all over the edges of the carpet, and even when seeing me wipe it up myself he still didnt offer to help. Upon completion, he took my credit card and completely ignored me while having a personal conversation on his Bluetooth - very unprofessional. This morning I woke to (one of) the stains I asked to have treated!! See picture attached.
For years my service tech is was Carlos, who is no longer with the company. I switched to Will, whom was a perfect replacement for Carlos. Unfortunately, even when requesting him now, he's never been back to clean the carpets. After yesterday, 10/8, I am seriously considering disputing the charge of $188 and have already spoken with my bank about this particular case. This was unacceptable!! I would like to hear back from a member of management regarding this incident & what can be done to corrected it.
To be honest, service has steeply declined in the last year and that a shame. I hope to speak with someone soon.
