the technician wanted to charge more than what my estimate was for without being informed and also had to ask to reclean patio furniture a couple of times because visible dirt was left on the cushions

I was just disappointed, when I had answered an ad for cleaning at $99, and when he was done it was $111. One of the excuses for charging that amount was “we do charge sales tax.” Well, it was not a sale, it was a service. You need to come up with better excuses. He may have told me the total charge, but not loud enough that I heard it.

I had received some very old furniture from my mothers home. Two wing chairs and a couch. All very old yet so beautiful. The service was great. The gentleman cleaning it was very careful and did a decent job but, left some "streaks" that became apparent the next day. They came back and fixed it promptly. I am impressed with the fast reaction and they were so polite too.

Professional and do a good job
I like not putting soap into my carpets. Zerorez leaves my carpets super clean and pleasant to the touch. My technician Daniel was professional, personable, and excellent at his job. He worked hard and really seemed to care about my satisfaction. I would definitely request him in the future.
