The job was fine, but it felt a little rushed and I was hoping for a little more above and beyond type treatment.

After the technician left a few hours later I noticed that the weatherstripping along my security screen door was torn, which I believe the hose rubbed against. I called this into the office and left a message. I received a call back on Monday sent them pictures of the damage and two weeks later I have not heard anything back I know this was accidentally done but I would like to get some money for the weatherstripping that’s all I’m asking. The door in question was only 14 months old
The problem areas looked very slightly different was very disappointed
The carpet dried fast not as wet.

Hi, We had Steve on Oct. 22nd,2022. He did an excellent cleaning of our carpets. I
would highly recomend him to anybody who wants a thorough carpet cleaning. I give him an A+
for his service. I could not do his survey on my phone. Name removed
The actual cleaning of the floor and tile was good. However, our walls on the stairs are all scratched up. There are lines on several steps where the paint was rubbed away when the carpet was being cleaned. I am able to provide photos. The paint was normal and not removed before the cleaning. I am not happy with the service because our stairs actually look worse now compared to before the cleaning even though the carpet itself is now clean.
The technician, RJ, was very professional, helpful and informative. Carpet was cleaned exceptionally well and exceeded my expectations.

Carpets look and smell beautiful with no harsh chemicals. Technicians are always on time or early and have impeccable manners.
Liked that they show up within the timeframe window. They also did a great job cleanig our carpet.
