The people were fantastic
amazing customer service - the carpet care expert dispatched to clean my carpets was extremely polite, could get to my home earlier than scheduled (yay!) did an amazing job, and also told me what I can do to keep my carpet clean until the next scheduled service. I have no problem recommending this company and its representative Major Gray
Some dirt spots are visible
The people who cleaned were professional and friendly. They were considerate of our furnishings, and went over what we wanted done, so there would be no confusion.
Above all, they did a good job, and our chairs and carpets were clean again!

Well, I had your techs come 3 other times and they did a good job on a rug that old. I need to change the rugs but i can't afford to do that right now and so this is a good fix in the mean time!!!

There could have been more questions asked when booking. When the cleaner arrived he announced that the room we needed cleaned constituted as two. On the call I referred to the room needing cleaned as the “great room”. There was no question about square footage. The cleaner goes on to explain that for x y and z more there are different packages available. We needed the carpet clean because of pets, something that could have been asked or identified over the phone so we could have been better informed on the actual price that the cleaner wanted to charge. When we said we were only anticipating the original quote we are told that he would do the bare minimum and that will leave an odor of us to deal with and there is no warranty for the work. So basically I got carpet cleaning without actually getting my carpet cleaned. I could have dumped hot water and shop vac’d it up with the same results.

Angel was very nice. I really have a problem with your current fee structure. You state it is $89 for two rooms and then say you have a $12 delivery fee. What are you delivering that costs $12. If it is cost for gas, just add it into the first price quoted. Two rooms for $101. Next I am asked if I would like to pay an additional $35 fee for Pet stain removal. and I'[m sure there were other options after that. I just "turned off" and said the standard two-room service was fine. The rooms look great and we will call you back. But please, be up front with one price and stop the nonsense of adding delivery fees, extra treatments. Those all should have been explained at the time of booking. Do you have pet stains, extra heavy foot traffic in certain areas, etc. Take some time to let the client know there will be extra fees for extra services.

Very professional, called me to inform me of arrival time, measure tile area, inform me of total cost with veterans discount, protected spontaneous corners from chipping from dragging hoses throughput the house and did an excellent job cleaning my tiles.
