The guys are always so kind and patient. Reggie is a great communicator and leads his team well! We are a counseling center with multiple rooms that people traffic daily. We had furniture, carpets, and tiles cleaned at our our office. The place is so fresh and clean! The furniture especially was brought back to life!

Our technician was remarkable. We had deep pet stains that we tried to get out to no avail. However, with the products and techniques, so far it is a miracle. It has only been a couple of weeks and we are very pleased. Cudos to the tech, Ricki Ricardo is awesome.

Technicians were friendly and respectful of property. They did a great job cleaning the carpets and were quick.
The service seemed to be very rushed. It only took about 30 minutes, there were only two room, and he didn't do the stairs. Usually, I get great service and results from zerorez. This time I paid to have my sons apartment carpets cleaned, and he was a little disappointed.
No soap. Clean carpets.
