Fast and you do a good job; however, it takes more than "4" hours for the carpet to dry.

I've had Zerorez come out twice, once to do carpeting, once to do couches. I was very happy both times, everything looked great, but I was especially happy at how fast both dried.

The carpets looked nicer and brighter, but the house had a musty smell for a couple of weeks. People who came into the house noticed it.
Your products as my carpet stays cleaner longer; however, your services or whoever is trainging your sales people in the field to conduct the service needs improvement. You have a good product; you don't need to cheapen it with salespeople who are trying to upsell you. You would set youself apart from the rest with just your product, but you make the experience less with your sales tactics. I still would refer you, although, I warn my friends, first of the not so authenic experience with the service.
Great service, nearly no wet carpet and it cleans nicely.
I love you services and feel you clean better than other cleaning services we have used. However I was dissapointed I had to wait so long for my appointment. It was set about a week and a half after we called. The customer service representative had no idea how much it would cost to have our couches cleaned and then didn't schedule enough time for the possibility to have our couches cleaned. Now with the correct price from the cleaning technician I have to call and make another appointment. We are busy and it would have been better to have it all done at once. Love you guys but we could have used more information!
I like the fact that your cleaning process is 100% natural and uses no chemicals that can harm my family and pets. I always have the same technician come to my house because he is very careful, knowledgable and consistent. Brett Webster is his name and I highly recommend his services.

We moved here last April from Missouri. For all those years I had never used anyone to clean my carpets except those that used only hot water. No chemicals, no cleaning agents! I found those types of cleaning caused more cleaning needed in about six months, as residue would not be completely removed. I had a hard time finding a company here that used only steam cleaning. Then I found Zerorez! What a relief! They did a beautiful job. My carpets looked brand new and I know they will stay that way for a long time. They came in the time frame set. The young man was very courteous and helpful. I will always call them in the future when my carpets need help.

I have a dog and he NEVER has a problem when Zerorez cleans the carpets. The carpets also feel different, i.e. better than when I've had them cleaned by other carpet cleaners.

The carpets in the rental home were very dirty. The service tech Brett did a good job explaining what to expect especially with the case of the urine stains from the previous renter. He informed me that the urine stains would appear whiter when the carpets dried and explained the only way to properly take care of the stains was to replace the carpet pad after sealing the concrete slab. Brett's explanation set my expectations where they should have been. Except for the urine stains the carpet looks much better than before.
The service person,(Ray), was the best person to every service my carpet. I've been using ZEROREZ for many years, but Ray is the best I've ever had.
