Well, I thought it was expensive. The young man was nice---no complaints with him as a person. He was here two hours -----$500.+ ????? Some of our grout is still dark and there is still a "poop" stain in my husband's bathroom.?????? SURELY that would come out. We were surprised that the "dents" where our furniture sat before we rearranged didn't change at all after the cleaning. He blamed the material in the carpet. I am a 35 year veteran realtor and I was very accustomed to carpet cleaners doing that. Too bad. Our house guests are arriving tomorrow so nothing to do to fix it now. Thanks.
Pricing too expensive. I did not like the $99.00 special for 3 rooms to get you in my door and then in order to get a good carpet cleaning for my entire house the price skyrocketed. I have had many carpet cleaning companies do just as good if not better of a job for 1/2 the cost

The most important aspect of your service is that you do not use soap in your cleaning solution. I sat and watched your representative mix and spray the solution on my carpet and it was clear, no odor, no residue, nothing but water and chemicals to clean my carpet, and it was beautifully clean. I have a very light, almost white carpet and it looks better than the day I moved in. I will definitely call Zerorez again and will highly recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you for a truly professional job and a very pleasant and well trained technician.

In this instance I was disappointed however, as I had requested the young man who cleaned the carpets last time as he is an expert in repair and I have a repair job to be done. When I asked what happened to my request I was told there was no note of same. NOT SOI have NO complaint with the young man who did clean the carpets...he was very respectful and courteous.
