I'm hoping that the dirt will not return for a couple of months. If that happens I will be scheduling an appointment to have the rugs cleaned every six months.
The guy who came to clean my carpets was very friendly! He made sure that he was very thorough in his work...even had me check his work to make sure I was happy. I am very impressed!

Cooking oil that leaked through a garbage bag
And stained the rug

The representative who came to give the estimate was friendly and professional. However - he was to send an email with a quote and it has not been received. In addition the pricing was significantly (he gave a preview) above competition. I would not recommend primarily due to the later

No soap residue
andrea was very professional/courteous - He did break my favorite torchiere floor lamp though. I've had it about a year and it cost $149 when new. Is there anything you can do as far as compensation? He did give me a 10% discount, but I really loved that lamp!!

I like the fact that my carpet was softer after it dried compared to other cleanings, and the gentleman that came was very friendly and represented your company very well. He is an asset to the company for sure.
Carpet was not cleaned in a way it was advertised,I called your office & planning to get new carpet so would appreciate a refund.Though your office did schedule reclean for Friday which I am not sure if I will use it.
The area where we walk into the house from the garage is completely clean. Also, the steps are clean on the edges and the carpet looks its original color, not grey.

That you don't use chemicals, the fininshed product always looks great, the technicians explain things and the price is reasonable
The carpeting is left relatively dry after they finish. The cleaning is thorough. The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. And there is "zero res" when they are done.
I appreciated the fact the service person was on time. He explained his procedure to me and went directly to work. He asked me to check his work before he finished, and I did, and I asked him to hit a couple places over again and he did.
The price ended up a little mor than I had planned. I did get the pet spray as an extra.
I thought the finished product looked really nice and I wouldn't hesitate having Zerorez back again.
