Carpets come really clean and stains don't come back. Service folks have all been very professional and courteous.

Quick in and out, quick dry--4hrs--upfront honesty about not being able to get out all the spots. The only bad was the spot treatment cost more than the whole rest of the cleaning--105.00 to treat and 99.95 for the rest of it.
Your cleaning teams are great. Very polite, helpful and respectful of our home. Cleaning is great, rugs look wonderful and are soft when dry, not crunchy like other cleaning companies. We will only use Zerorez in our home and recommend your company always.

Professional, execellent quality, very timely, courteous. This covers Brett the young man that showed up and did our cleaning. I have had my carpets cleaned hundreds of times in my life, most workers show up in blue jeans, tee shirt with equiptment that needs cleaning and repair. Not Zerorez, it fact everything that I saw was 180 degrees different. Clean equiptment that worked, no water leaking and running into the driveway and down the street. This was my first experience using Zerorez and you can bet it will not be my last. Very impressive.

On time and professional! Bumper guards to protect our corners from the hose was appreciated too!
How effective the cleaning was. Of course, having a pet, things happen and spots do tend to come back, but not as quickly as when you guys do the carpets. All we can do is try harder with our dog (she's getting old, and a little accident prone)

My carpet were very dirty and after being cleaned by Zerorez they look new again. The young man who cleaned the carpet was very professional and did an excellent job.
I love the job they do each time for me but I was disappointed that the cost of cleaning my steps had doubled since the year before. Because of the huge price increase for me, I could not have the steps cleaned.
The technician was very professional. He explained everything thoroughly and everything that he said would happen happened in the time frame he said it would. Carpet soft afterwards and dried quickly. Carpet looks amazing - much better than with other professional carpet cleaning companies. Extremely satisfied!

The results were fantastic. However, you had our rug for 5 weeks! I think that's excessive.

The technician did not move small furniture items, rugs, lamps, etc. or protect any itmes (as has been done by Stanley Steamer, when they have cleaned the carpets); he just cleaned around them. He seemed to start out slow and meticulous, but finished three other rooms very quickly (after he was talking on his cell phone). Several small stains remain. Overall, the carpets seem fairly clean (some rooms were already pretty clean, tho'). I think he could have done better.

The quote I received online was different from what I paid. The quote online for two rooms was around $75...yet I was charge @$135. One room was a large bedroom and the other room was a 10' X 6' closet.
