My heavily soiled carpeting is completely renewed. There were no hidden charges & no high pressure to purchase additional treatments. My 2000 sq ft home was completely finished in about 1 1/2 hours & the serviceman was pleasant & very competent. Will only use Zerorez in the future as have never had such great cleaning from any other carpet service. Thanks!

VERY professional & affordable
This is not the first time we have used Zerorez and it will not be our last. I like that you don't you soap or harse detergents but just steam it out and what a job you do. Even the dirtest dirt come clean.

I made an appointment to have air ducts and carpet cleaned. The night before you called to confirm my appointment and what service was going to be completed. However, when they arrived at my house they had no clue about air duct cleaning and only did my carpet. I do not blame the folks that showed up at my house but am not happy over the lack of communication. Nothing is needed on your part to fix this situation.

Since I have a dog that loves to lick the carpet, it is important to me that your carpet cleaning technique is pet-friendly! Service was very efficient, professional and courteous.
They make my carpet look like new. Carpet cleaner is always very nice.
I am very happy with the fact that my carpents don't have left over soap in them. They look very clean and I feel like they are cleaner than they would be if I had used an ordinary carpet cleaning system. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a good job.
I thought the special pricing of three rooms for $89 was very misleading. I was quoted a total cost of $149 since I had two additional rooms and when the technician came I was informed that the cost was going to be $250. That is a little shady. No mention was made to me on the phone that there was a square footage limit. Your people on the phone should be more up front with your new customers.
The carpets are cleaned. All the especially dirty spots, high traffic spots, are perfectly clean and the "spots" dont return.
Understanding the product used I now fully understand why it works so well and why it sanitizes the carpets.

It dried quickly and looks good. I suppose time will tell if the soil comes back up. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable.
I was told one price over the phone and had to pay a higher price onsite My carpet was wet for 5 days. I paid for your carpet protectant. You employee said he sprayed the protectant on the upstairs carpet, but he did it in 5 seconds and was said he was finished when I went to get my credit card to pay for your service. My cat threw up on the carpet and I can't get the stain out. I've used your service many times before, but this is the last time I do.
Fantastic service!!!! Bobby called prior to arriving early to confirm that his arrival would be ok. He worked quickly and diligently. He was very courteous and professional. The carpets look amazing and the price was better than most.
I definitely will recommend Zerorez and Bobby to my friends.

I really liked the technician, Roy. He was great. Although, he missed cleaning my closet in the Master Bedroom. And I have a few spots coming back in my family room. Also, my husband reminded me that we should have received the radio special of 3 rooms for $99.00, but we were charge $119.00. Bummer! I really love the method though - no soap. That is great!
The clean finish with no residue. Our expectations were met by Dave who explained and performed our service. Was timely, neat and very professionally done. Love it.

The cleaning of upholstery was done with care and the service man was very polite.
Carpet feels like new
The carpet was cleaned quickly and completely. Dried quickly. I was surprised at how soft the carpet was and no sticky feeling. Bob was clean and professional and answered all our questions in a kind and pleasent manner.
