great cleaning process in such a short time
Dave was friendly but knew his job and got with it. He did "sell" me on having my furniture cleaned, for which I was glad when I saw what a nice job he did on them. My big chair still has a "smell" about it, so not sure what causes it.
I feel I was over charged. I had three rooms and the stairs and $250 seemed awful high. I don't think he put the extra stain resistant spray on.

How clean my floors are and how fast my floors where cleaned.
The end result was fabulous. I didn't think he could get the blackish areas out of my carpet, but they were quickly gone. All I can say is WOW!
I have used Zerorez twice. First time...fantastic results! This past time, There were two rooms that the carpet show patches that did not come clean, and one strip of carpet under the door that was missed that looks bad. These are not pet stains. These areas were upstairs and I did not see them before the service technician left my home. He did not even mention that the areas did not come clean. I called the office after noticing the results, gave the name of the service guy who did the work and asked to talk to them. I got a call back from the office staff who said they spoke to him for me and that he said he told me about it (not true), and that some pet urine stains are difficult to clean, they offer a pet stain treatment upgrade, which I did not pay for. I thought they stood behind their work so I was left disappointed.
Bob was very respectful of our home and us. He continually worked the entire 3+ hours he was there. No breaks, no cell phone calls... I was really impressed by his work ethic! The carpets look good and smell great too!

What unlike about zero rez is the results. They show up on time and then leave me with clean carpets. What more is there?
The tech is very friendly, the carpets dry in no time and I can be sure that my kid's asthma and my allergies won't flare up because of it.

I have always felt that the products used where better than most, however the service provided by Roy is by far the best.
My only complaint is the amount you charge for air duck cleaning.
I would rather have your company clean them,but at your prices I have a differant company clean and sanitize them.
