Always do a very good job
We love that Zerorez uses a non-toxic green cleaning system. No chemicals and no residue after our cleanings. We have noticed our traffic areas in our building have become less noticeable and also stay that way. The technicians are friendly and professional. Thank you Zerorez!

The grout of several floor tiles were discolored after the process; even after waiting the designated time, the master bedroom carpet was very damp well into the evening which causes me to believe it was overdone.
Nice worker who took time to clean carpets instead of rushing as fast as possible.
Polite and curteous worker who made sure corners of walls were not chipped with cleaning equipment.

Seemed to do a good job. Carpet was wetter than I thought it would be. Took 11 hours for it to dry.

My only complaint is the amount you charge for air duck cleaning.
I would rather have your company clean them,but at your prices I have a differant company clean and sanitize them.

Our carpet looks new! Dave is an excellent representative of your company. He was courteous, professional and thorough. I never expected the results that we got from Zerorez cleaning. A three year old builder grade carpet looks as good as day one and smells great! Our carpet was dry in about 2 hours and all our furniture is back in place. We will use Zerorez every time!!!
