The fact that there are no harmful chemicals used. The carpet seems to dry fairly quickly. The carpet looks brand new after it has been cleaned.

Zerorez was prompt in returning my call to set up the initial visit for quote. The service date was set & was flexible to fit my schedule. The service rep was courteous and professional. The work that was done was outstanding. The carpet looks almost like new.
One, is that the rugs ended up clean, two, is that your service person was honest and straight forward with information, and three, your service person was very personable.

The carpets look great! The dry time was a few hours and the carpets are nice and soft. The serviceman did a fast and efficient job and had a great sense of humor! Zerorez is everything as advertised on the radio and I will use them again.

I love how clean my tile was after the cleaning ,and how much less dusty my house is now that we have had the vents cleaned! You were in and out and gave a great deal to have our tile, vents, and carpets cleaned!Our service representative was a very nice guy too!
