I had the downstairs done in October and was thrilled with the quality of the cleaning by Zerorez. This time I was able to get the upstairs and a couch done. The quality is wonderful. The house smells fresh and clean. The technician was the same both times and he was exceptional. He did an excellent time and took great care as to not damage anything in my house. P.S. I have allergies so Zerorez is the only way to clean!
Of all the carpet cleaning companies I have ever used, I like yours the best. I like the way the carpet looks and feels after cleaning. I like the fact that you don't use chemicals on the carpet.

A very friendly and knowledgable staff who answered all questions that I had and also explained the whole process. When finished my carpets felt and smelled just like new. I have 3 dogs (pit bull and 2 yorkies) and after 3 weeks none of the old stains have come back. I would absolutly recommend this company to anyone with carpet.

We have used your service twice now. The first time we were extremely satisfied and that is why we asked you back. Our stains were treated and never came back. This time, I am not sure that the stains we were concerned about were treated because they showed up after the carpet dried. Also, the tech was on his cell phone during the entire job.
service man was very professional and helpfull. The carpet we have is 10 years old after being cleaned by your serviceman it looks practically brand new. He was very polite friendly and helpfull and a very professional. I will definately request him for next cleaning

I very much appreciate that harsh chemicals are not used. We have animals with allergies and need to be careful of chemical exposure. I also like knowing that I am not walking on chemical laden carpet.

I like that you Zero Rez does not use soap which winds up coming to the service and collecting more dirt over time. My rugs don't feel stiff and they always clean up nice. I should try to do them every six months instead of once a year or more, I might get even better results.
