We like that there wasn't a perfumy or chemical smell after the service - our house smelled faintly of oranges, which we love, but that's it. We hadn't had our beige Berber carpets cleaned in nearly 6 years. We were just going to rip them out and put something else in, so we didn't take care of them at all. Zerorez made them look brand new, even took out a stain Stanley Steemer told us was permanent. So, we've left the carpet in and saved a few thousand dollars, awesome!! Love this service, we would use again without question.
The quality and professionalism that Zerorez products and services pocess are far above any carpet cleaning Co. that I have ever chosen to hire. I would not even consider another carpet cleaning Co. as this Co. sets the bar higher than the rest! Josh, is a tremendous asset to this establishment as well.

I have used Zerorez three times in the last two years and am very pleased with not only the service but with the products used to clean our carpets. In the past I have used other carpet cleaning companies to where the carpet felt either dirty or they carpet was hard. Zerorez uses no chemicals so that when you step on your carpet it is so soft.
Your prices are very high. I really needed your service in the past due to cheap carpet, but I now have a higher quality carpet and think I'm overpaying for your service.

Technicians are always very nice and clean well. I like your specials but your standard pricing is a little high.
I liked Josh, the young man who cleaned my carpets. He was professional, helpful and friendly. He also took every precaution to keep my walls protected from the cleaning equipment. He explained everythibg he was going to do. I liked the cleaning job. Everything look great. I do have a suggestion. The blocks of foam put under the legs of the furniture, left a square mark which showed after the blocks were removed. Other companies that I have previously had, put a piece of plastic material under the legs. It dried faster and did not leave a mark. Under my Lazy Boy chair it was necessary and didnt show so that was alright.
I would definitely have your company do my carpets again if I could have Josh do the cleaning.

Your product is good, however Roy is polite, honest and does a great job.
We had arranged for the three room special. The home involved is a small one in a "senior community". Three rooms were cleaned but we were charged an additional 50% over the special price. Then on top of that, an additional and separate charge was added to deal with sub floor soap removal. Our $99 special ended up costing us $246.
