My heavily trafficked areas were not cleaned well. I had another carpet cleaner come out the next day and did a far more thorough job. He does both carpet repair and cleaning and the quote for my whole house was half of what Zerorez charged me. I paid a lot to have you clean my carpets, and did not get my money's worth. I am very disappointed. Zerorez did not live up to the advertisements.
we did not have a carpet cleaned that was supposed to be cleaned,and when we told the carpet cleaner,he said we never told him about the room.We will never use your service and we will be sure to never recommend your service.That refusel will cost your company more than whatever it would cost to have the work done correctly in the first place
RAy did a wondersful job. Was able to remove most of the pet stains ( of which there were many). I like the feel of the carpet after it has been cleaned. Nice and soft.
That you don't use any chemicals, it didnt' try stiff, and it looked great! I had my tile and grout done also and it looked amazing! The cost was very affordable, I promise not to wait so long for the next cleaning. I couldn't afford the other companies, but then I heard about Zerorez! Totally satified and happy!

I expected the carpet to be clean, it is not clean.
My carpets come out fluffy and soft, unlike other carpet cleaning services that leave them hard and crunchy.

I've previously recommended your company but I wasn't happy with my carpet cleaning this time. I have light carpet and knew some of the spots would not come out (two spots that you were not able to get out on my previous cleans), but after my carpets dried I tried Woolite Oxy Deep spot carpet cleaner on newer spotted areas and removed them. I realize I had to rub the spots by hand, but never the less the dirty spots came out. Also there is a slight yellowing in certain areas on my carpet now. Pat

I liked the idea of having no soap to attract dirt. I was also very impressed with the equiptment (very heavy duty truck). Additionally, Dave did an amazing job. It was incredible to see all the dirty water comming up from my carpet. My sectional looks brand new again.

I like that no soapy chemicals are used so there is no residue. I love the air filters, and air freshners. I also appreciate that when my air freshner products I asked you to leave on my porch got stolen, you kindly replaced them at no extra cost! Thank you Zerorez!
Before I contacted Zerorez I had about given up and replaced the entire house's carpet due to some pretty tough stains that other companies could not remove. Not only was Dave very personable and professional but the carpets look better than ever. I will definitely use you again.
